A minor but important failure. While not difficult the assembly takes some time and the parts need to be there. A small plastic bag with the nuts bolts washers and tools are included. The failure or lack of QA occurred with these parts specifically the washers. 8 flat washers and 4 spring washers are required. I counted out a Total of 9 washers in the bag but required 12. I assume based on the count the 8 washers were the flat ones. The only identifiable difference in the one remaining washer was it was thicker than the other 8. Further comfounding the problem was referring on line the difference between a flat and spring washer is near impossible unless one is an expert. This is simply poor engineering poor quality control and poor packaging. You should work on that. I'd wager a fraction of your target customers could identify the difference between flat and spring washers thus rendering the reason for using spring washers invalid
