I have been striken with an illness that has kept me inside since Aug. This has been extremely difficult since i am a total outdoors person. I was in desperate need of something to keep me in shape and not destructive to my back and hips. There are many ways to use it in order to isolate different muscle groups, and I can do a light aerobic workout or really feel a burn with more intensity. I have two bad knees and using the teeter has made it very much easier to go up and down stairs. With the help of the tool the assembly of the teeter was very easy. Thank You for helping to make my life better.I have had my elliptical machine for a couple months now. I used a lubricant on it. It works great, no squeaking, no issues. It is extremely sturdy.It took me about 1 1/2+ hours, including unpacking and clean-up. I did it alone. There were two parts that would have been easier with two people, but it was still doable. Lastly, I also wrote this comment because there were good reviews about the service when customers did have a problem.Easy to assemble, allows me to workout at off hours in a very busy work week.
