Connected this to my Reolink NVR via HDMI. It’s a standard size HDMI port, not micro HDMI. 1280x720 works great. Higher resolutions eg 4k don’t display. 10 levels of backlight, where 0 is effectively “off”. That’s the only external, hardware button. There are no other controls eg volume. I mounted it with sticky pads and it’s light enough that works fine. Recommend “slim” HDMI and microUSB cables. Very neat and slim device, looks and works great.
