I don't write too many reviews. And I'm likely not considered a hard core gamer, but I do play games and I know what I like. And I like Crysis 2 very, very much. The graphics, gameplay and story line are great! Some have complained about the videos and cut scenes, but I think they add a lot to the story.I only played single campaigns, as I don't play well with others, but the single play has been absorbing and entertaining. After a session, I find myself thinking 'wow!'. And although I've enjoyed other games, I can't say I've enjoyed any as much as I have Crysis 2 (including Crysis 1 and Crysis Warhead). I keep thinking that the end must be close, but there always seems to be one more level.Truth is, I can't say enough about this game. Granted, I don't sit at my desk day and night and burn through games, but I will regret when this game does end. And I will likely play it again. I am playing through this first time at Soldier level, but plan to go back and play again at Post-Human level.WIth all of these poor reviews, I just wanted to give a different perspective. This game is well worth playing and definitely well worth the $20 odd dollars it's selling for at this writing. For those of you for whom gaming is not a 2nd (or 1st?) job, take the risk! Plunge into the immersive, fascinating world that is Crysis 2.
