2 purchases from the same seller. The first monitor stopped working properly just after a year and the second stopped working properly after 6 months. Both the same fault of the touch screen calibration being way off - like several centimeters off. The seller is ignoring emails/messages. Amazon refusing to help.Edited from 1* to 3* after the seller finally responded and replaced the product free of charge.
