I ordered this even though it was more expensive than other options because i really needed the pie shaped flat base plate. I received, what is now pictured, a u-shaped bumpy base. A person can't easily set any other apparatus on this different base because of it's shape. I had contacted one of the other amazon sellers to see if they had the flat one and they said they did. The item I received did not have the flat base it was still this u base. Very tired of trying to find a practical base plate. Could have ordered similar for fifty bucks less.I chose this stand over the Vivo model because of the flat base plate pictured, and was willing to pay the extra to get the flat usable surface the Tripp Lite provides. That's not what I got. I got a stand with a base plate similar to the Vivo product. I mean, it works just fine as a dual monitor stand, but the base is not flat and just wastes desk space.Expecting to be working from home for the extended future so invested in an extra monitor and this dual stand. Very sturdy and easy to assemble. So much more productive now that I have the dual setup. This is exactly what I was looking for and with a pole height that would fit for my setup. The setup has very simple directions and went together without issues. The package came with all of the hardware you would need to either use their very heavy desk mount or the desk clamp. I am using it with Dell 24" LED and ASUS 24" LED monitors in landscape and both fit on the 23.75" pole in a vertical space of under 28".Fantastic stand, very sturdy and heavy, I don't worry at all about my monitors on this stand.Easy to assemble. Solid base and materials. Great design.Holds a 32" tv and a 27" monitor2nd one I've purchased now for an additional location!EDIT: Just a couple days later the product page has been updated to include only images of the product I've received. Thanks to the quick fix I'm updating my review from 3 to 4 stars, confident that no one else will have issue I did and comfortable wholeheartedly recommending the product. Kudos for the speedy fix. My original review is below for posterity, but anyone reading should keep in mind the first paragraph is irrelevant at this point thanks to the updated product page. What You See is NOT What You GetTL;DR - A fantastic, easily adjustable, and sturdy stand, but if you want the flat base shown in the product images (as I did) you'll be disappointed when that's not what arrives. When browsing the selection of vertical dual monitor stands on Amazon this product caught my eye thanks to its large, flat base seen in the product images (I've included one of these product images in my review in case they're changed in future, which they hopefully will be). I use a sound bar with my PC which means having a flat surface to place it on is crucial to me, which is why I was excited to find an option with a flat base rather than the curved, sloped bases on every other stand that popped up. I was extremely disappointed when I opened the box to find the exact curved, sloped base I had tried to avoid purchasing this product. Luckily I still have my monitor riser that I'd been using before getting this stand, and it fits perfectly over the base so I'm able to put my sound bar on that instead. If you're like me and are tempted by this product thanks to the images showing a flat base, but you DON'T have some sort of riser or platform to put over top of it, I'd steer clear. With that out of the way let me be positive and talk about the stand as it is, not how I wanted it to be. It's my first non-OEM stand so I don't have much experience to draw comparisons to, but it seems to me to be very sturdy. I was able to get both of my 27 inch monitors onto it with no trouble whatsoever, and it takes quite a violent bump against my desk before this thing wobbles in the slightest. It's super easy to adjust tilt, swivel, and rotation to your liking and once you've positioned everything perfectly it doesn't budge unless you want it to. My only real gripe with this stand (other than the misleading product images obviously) was that during assembly, even with the small support/locking screws completely removed the center pole was tough to get screwed in. Not even halfway down the threads locked up, I felt as though I was about to break it just to continue to screw it in completely. Otherwise this is a great option so long as the base shape doesn't bother you.Lo compre para dos monitores VESA de 14 pulgadas.Lo instale utilizando la base movil (no lo prense a la mesa); funciona de maravilla, totalmente movil y fuerteAmpliamente recomendado
