I still have the original disc and original package I purchased long time ago for the first time. So, it was easy to see that version I purchased here is exactly the same as the original. I say this because I was skeptical about the integrity of the game.the main complaint I see here is that is not compatible with windows 10, in that respect, I cant say anything because I still use vista. So, as far as the game goes, it is perfect. As far as the operating system, well, that's on you to find out, specially windows 10.
