I saw this unit being installed on my solar ready No Bo travel trailer. I copied pretty much what the person did and found that it worked just fine to charge my 2 deep cycle batteries on the trailer (In parallel) in no time. Connected it to a 100 watt 12 volt panel which I was able to mount to my roof racks on the trailer. I only use the batteries to run the water pump and LED lights so all the system needs to do it keep the batts topped off or while I park the trailer in my yard between trips.Update. I installed yet another panel in parallel and bout a LiFePo4 battery to drop the tongue weight 40 pounds from the Pb acid batteries I previous hooked to the controller. It took a bit for the controller to bring the battery up to the full voltage. Easy to change from wet to the LiFePo4 battery by the push of a button.
