It is so accurate to check your vital signs, I bought for my dad because I feel so worried about his health, now he can check his vitals every day and he call me to tell me about the reading, now i can have a peace of mind that my dad is doing ok !!!I really appreciate the color variation within the system that depends on how severe your blood pressure rises.I bought this as a gift for my parents who use this for multiple functions like taking you oxygen level. My mom sometimes needs to be on oxygen,and this is one way to take a reading.Dislike: make sure to have plenty of batteries laying around since the system uses about 4 each time.I really like this product. I think it is calibrated a bit high, but that is very common in home units. It keeps records on three users, plus, it measures the percentage of oxygen in the blood which is also very important. The best thing is that both the blood pressure and percentage of O2 are both done in the same unit. This is what makes this little machine a stand out product.BP and pulse ox work OK and are accurate. The software is mediocre. This unit only remembers your blood pressure readings. There is no memory for pulse ox or capability to download a report of it. The pulse ox sensor gets uncomfortable after a few minutes of use since the spring tension that holds it on the finger is a bit too tight. Combine that with rubber surface against the finger that's not that soft and it make for less than idea situation (and I don't have large or bulky fingers).This device was purchased as a spare blood pressure device that also has pulse oximetry. I have compared its readings to my hospital grade vital sign monitor and it reads the same. It is a bit on the slow side, but I was pleased with this purchase.This is the first time I am writing review in Amazon but I think I should do it this time.I bought this last week, I like the device because has both blood pressure and Pulse oximetery capability. The device was completely defective and can not measure blood pressure. I am emergency room doctor, I made so many adjustment to the cuff and read whole instruction, change the arm and still does not work.I contacted the seller to return the device. The seller is located at Hong Kong and they want me to pay for return shipping cost. This is very usual from amazon seller. I just file a claim with Amazon and I will see if they can help. But, stay away from this device there are so many other good product with better customer service in market.Update May 28th, 2014:I returned the device paying $50 shipping cost to Hong Kong and seller is refusing to reimburse my money.Works great. Using the O2 sat is somewhat confusing, but I figured it out eventually. Awesome for those hard to hear BP's!!!NiceAs receiving a double lung transplant Jan 2020. I have to check my stats 2x daily. This machine I thought would be junk. I’m 100% wrong, and I’m the first to bitch and raise hell when company’s/ big box retailers put something in and is junk and they know it. In this case I’m 100% wrong, my expectations were meet and exceeded.Ps I’m not nor ever have been a spokesmen for this or any other product, just your average joe.
